My professional background has been in starting and building successful teams. I've focused on finding what motivates people, helping them create their “win” in line with organizational goals, and incorporating self-improvement plans. A player-coach that helps people develop their soft skills. I love creating an overall team environment. I'm a 5x bank president, 2x managing director of software companies, with a great deal of sell-side & private equity experience. And I served as the CFO for one of Outreach 100's Fastest Growing Churches.
My hobbies have included mountaineering (climbed 13 of highest 15 peaks in US), marathons, triathlons and sailing. I've served as a Board Member, Campaign Director and/or volunteer for dozens of non-profit organizations. I authored: How to Obtain Business Loans, Ingram. And I'm a patent holder: SalesForce SaaS Data Chronicling.
With a wealth of experience in investment banking and charitable giving, I'm passionate about empowering business owners to create a lasting legacy through their generosity.
